Our upcoming evening event at a secret location in Bukit Timah.

Are you craving a long, indulging yoga session, starting with Lauras Vinyasa Flow Yoga class to strengthen and move your body and unwind with Angelas Yin to Soundbath Experience.

Phase 2 High Alert, its is important to keep our minds and bodies healthy during this time. With the new restrictions our yoga practice is performed with masks on all time, which is perfect to bring back our slow and gentle yin evening practice to Soundbath Experience. There is something new in the neighbourhood. Playful introduction to Yoga, Mindfulness Techniques and sometimes even a little craft work to take home. Downward dog, Treepose and Eaglepose are so much fun done in a group of little yogis. Suitable for the age from 4-11, spaces are limited. Book your little yogis spot now.

YIN YOGA TO SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

Gentle Stretches, deep Yin Yoga poses and a nourishing Sound Bath Meditation at the end of every Session. Twice a month on Monday evening at Bukit Timah Home Studio.

Postnatal Yoga and Baby Massage Basics: Connect with your baby and get to know other mommies.
Learn the basics of Baby Massages to support your little ones development in their first months of life.
Rebuild gentle core muscles and strengthen pelvic floor with Postnatal Yoga. At the end of the class is always time for a cup of tea or coffee and chit chat with the other moms. This class is at Beloved Bumps in River Valley.
Booking under belovedbumps.sg is essential.

RISE AND SHINE YOGA

Start early into the midweek by enjoying a beautiful Sunrise Yoga Class by the Eco Lake. Birds, Chickens, Lizzards and if you are lucky the otters will join you during your all level friendly vinyasa yoga class.

EARLY RISE YOGA AND COFFEE CLUB

Thursday: 7.15-8.15 AM

Shine and Rise, our early morning outdoor yoga class. Get active and energized for the day ahead and stay for a quick coffee and chit chat after class.

YIN YOGA TO SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE TO HAPPY HOUR

Twice a month
1st and 3rd week of the month
Thursday: 7.30-8.45 PM

Unwind your day with a mix of slow Yin Yoga and gentle restorative Yoga poses, ending in deep relaxation of full 20 minutes of Sound Bath Experience to the sound of our beautiful Crystal Singing Bowls. Oh, and did I forget to mention the Happy Hour at the end? Book your spot fast, this is a favorite.

YOGALATES WITH YOGA ZEN RING

Friday 07.15-08.15 AM

Have you heard of the Yoga Zen Ring? This class is almost unique in Singapore. Yogalates combines Yoga and Pilates Exercises to strengthen the core, work on the flexibility and get fit. The Yoga Zen Ring helps to achieve deeper stretches and backbends and also is used for some Myofascia Release exercises to relax contracted muscles at the end of every  session. Book your spot now, Yoga Zen Ring is provided.

SLOW FLOW WITH JEN

Monday: 08.00-09.45 AM

In this class you will experience:

  • Strength/balance/core-focussed class

  • Breakdown of a pose or movement in the first half.

  • Weaving of said pose or movement into a slow flow sequence in the second half.

  • Expect mobility work, sun salutations, exploration of foundational poses, flow sequences that focus on strength and grace.

RISE AND SHINE YOGA WITH ANGELA

YIN/YANGYOGA WITH ANGELA

Thursday: 08.00-09.15 AM
At Fort Canning Park

This class blends Hatha (Yang) with Yin by starting with a series of flowing sequences to warm, energise, and strengthen the body, followed by slow, stretchy Yin poses to get deeper into the connective tissues.

RECOVER & REST WITH JEN

Friday: 08.00-09.15 AM

In this class you will experience:
• Gentle movement
• Dynamic and passive stretches
• Guided relaxation

Great for those who’ve had a long week, or as part of your recovery/maintenance plan, to complement more dynamic movement.

HATHA FOR EVERYBODY WITH ANGELA

Saturday 08.30-09.45 AM

In this class you will find a broad range of yoga practices, including;

  • Asanas, or yoga poses, for strength and flexibility, with the our teachers alignment and anatomical training to keep you safe;

  • Pranayama, or breathing practices, to energise, calm, de-stress or relax.

  • Guided meditations to relax, improve focus, reduce anxiety and a host of other benefits.

HATHA FLOW WITH ANGELA

Saturday: 08.30-09.45 AM
