NEW PRENATAL YOGA CLASSES WITH HEATHER AT BALANCED LIVING SPACE

Prenatal yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.
Prenatal Yoga is used to help mothers connect better with baby, stay healthy throughout pregnancy, remain flexible and strong helping her prepare for the challenges of labor & birth.
Heathers Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters (clearing any medical issues with the care provider).
Prenatal Yoga is a great way to connect with other mothers-to-be and establish friendships that go far beyond birth.
Dress comfortably, bring water, all else provided!  (Please inform Heather if under 16 weeks pregnant.)

Flow in this powerful vinyasa class and sweat all the toxins out in the core work section of this hour. Feel better, stretched and stronger afterwards.

MONDAY SOLUTION
YIN YOGA TO SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

Gentle Stretches, deep Yin Yoga poses and a nourishing Sound Bath Meditation at the end of every Session. 
Monday has a new feel to it.

MUMS AND BUBS YOGA

Tuesday 2.30-3.30 PM
at Beloved Bumps, River Valley

Postnatal Yoga and Baby Massage Basics: Connect with your baby and get to know other mommies.
Learn the basics of Baby Massages to support your little ones development in their first months of life.
Rebuild gentle core muscles and strengthen pelvic floor with Postnatal Yoga. At the end of the class is always time for a cup of tea or coffee and chit chat with the other moms. This class is at Beloved Bumps in River Valley.
Booking under belovedbumps.sg is essential.

YIN YOGA TO SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE TO HAPPY HOUR

Thursday: 7.30-8.45 PM

Unwind your day with a mix of slow Yin Yoga and gentle restorative Yoga poses, ending in deep relaxation of full 20 minutes of Sound Bath Experience to the sound of our beautiful Crystal Singing Bowls. Oh, and did I forget to mention the Happy Hour at the end? Book your spot fast, this is a favorite.

FRIDAY EARLY RISE YOGA

This is specially a class created for all the cyclists , runners and other athletes out there. As well if you want to start into moving and building up muscles after an injury. 
Basic yoga introduction with Yin poses, long hold stretches and some elements of Myofascia Release work.

Monday: 08.00-09.15 AM

In this class you will experience:

  • Strength/balance/core-focused class

  • Breakdown of a pose or movement in the first half.

  • Weaving of said pose or movement into a slow flow sequence in the second half.

  • Expect mobility work, sun salutations, exploration of foundational poses, flow sequences that focus on strength and grace.

RISE AND SHINE YOGA WITH ANGELA

Wednesday

07.00-08.15 AM
08.30-09.45AM

Start early into the midweek by enjoying a beautiful Sunrise Yoga Class by the Eco Lake. Birds, Chickens, Lizzards and if you are lucky the otters will join you during your all level friendly vinyasa yoga class.

GENTLE YOGA WITH ANGELA

Thursday: 08.00-09.15 AM
At Fort Canning Park

This class blends Hatha (Yang) with Yin by starting with a series of flowing sequences to warm, energise, and strengthen the body, followed by slow, stretchy Yin poses to get deeper into the connective tissues.

In this class you will find a broad range of yoga practices, including;

  • Asanas, or yoga poses, for strength and flexibility, with the our teachers alignment and anatomical training to keep you safe;

  • Pranayama, or breathing practices, to energise, calm, de-stress or relax.

  • Guided meditations to relax, improve focus, reduce anxiety and a host of other benefits.
