TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Application of These Terms and Conditions
These “Terms and Conditions”, as operated by AY Yoga Angelita Yauretsi PTE LTD (“AY Yoga”), shall govern your relationship with AY Yoga, including but not limited to, the use of the AY Yoga Website (https://www.ay-yoga-ay.com, the “Website”) to manage your account, bookings, communication, purchases and registration with AY Yoga, as well as the use of and attendance at AY Yoga classes.
By your attendance at AY Yoga and usage of the Website, you signify your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using the Website, booking a AY Yoga class, and/or attending a AY Yoga class.
AY Yoga has the rights to amend this information without notice. The Terms may be revised at any time by updating this posting. By using the Website, buying AY Yoga Class Packages, booking classes, your communication with AY Yoga, and your use of and attendance at AY Yoga classes, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. AY Yoga clients are encouraged to check this document periodically to stay informed of current guidelines.

2. Class Bookings
Only Newcomers who have never been to AY Yoga, or attended any AY Yoga events where a yoga class was held can make a reservation without a valid single class or Class Package. Otherwise, you will need to sign up either on the AY Yoga Website and make relevant payment before a booking can be made.
3. Cancellation Policy for Booked Classes
You are able to cancel your class booking without any charges or loss of classes from your Class Package up until twenty four (24) hours prior to class commencement time for all classes. Should you not cancel class before this time, or simply not show up for the class, a class will be deducted from your active Class Package or single class purchase.
Cancellations can be made through our AY Yoga website/app or by contacting the studio.( phone or WhatsApp)
If a refund amount is to be processed, it will be refunded less any applicable credit card or bank transfer fees charged by third party payment processors.
4. Late Coming and Early Departure
If you are running late for your booked class, we ask that you call or whatsapp the studio to let us know you are on the way.
If it’s a busy period and the class is waitlisted, our staff will have the right to give your mat to walk-ins that have made it to class on time. This can and will be done at their complete discretion.
5. Classes and Class Packs
Purchases of classes or Class Package can be made online on the AY Yoga Website.
You cannot gift your classes, redeem them for cash, or re-sell them outside of AY Yoga.
Purchased classes are only for the use of the individual that purchased the classes.
All Class Pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
6. Use of the Site and Studios By Minors
If you are under the age of 16, you must seek the permission of a parent or guardian before accessing and/or making any class bookings through the booking platform. Minors under the age of 16 are encouraged to practice alongside a parent or guardian. AY Yoga will not be liable for any misuse of the AY Yoga Website.
7. Choice of Law
The Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
