Core power yoga is a dynamic and physically challenging form of yoga that combines strength training with traditional yoga poses. This class focuses on building core strength, improving posture and promoting overall well-being. Participants can expect a series of flowing sequences that incorporate strength-building exercises such as planks, push-ups, and lunges, as well as traditional yoga poses like downward dog and warrior II. The class is designed to challenge both the mind and the body, and is ideal for those looking to improve their physical fitness, balance and flexibility. With an emphasis on proper alignment and mindfulness, this class promotes good posture and a greater sense of physical and mental well-being.

This Slow Flow yoga class guarantees a blissful evening. Relax into a soothing sequence that allows you to find your balance, gentle and long hold stretches in the gentle movement section and ending the session with a twenty minute Yoga Nidra meditation that will leave you feeling renewed and grounded.

Are you a new mother looking for a way to bond with your baby, connect with other mothers, and improve your physical and mental health? Then Mums and Bubs Postnatal Yoga Fit classes are just what you need!
Yoga is a gentle form of exercise that helps you recover from childbirth and regain strength, flexibility, and balance. It also promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves sleep quality. And when you practice yoga with your baby, you create a special bond with them, improve their physical development, and support their emotional wellbeing.
Joining a Postnatal Mums and Bubs Yoga class is a great way to meet other mothers, share experiences, and get support. You will make new friends, learn from each other, and enjoy a fun and relaxed environment. You can also ask questions, get advice, and find solutions to common challenges such as feeding, sleep, and parenting.

Come along with your baby, alone or even bring your helper or better half with you. Babies can play or be involved.
After class you get 1 free coffee or tea and 1 more hour of playtime at this fantastic venue.
