Are you breathing? Are you moving?
Going back to Yoga's roots trough the Anusara practice: a balancing of solar and lunar energy trough pranayama, asana and dhyana. Classes include
-Breath awareness
-Physical practice - mobility, sun salutations, core work, pose/alignment focus
-Relaxation and Meditation: cooling poses, guided relaxation and optional mindfulness practice

Power Yoga and Core Fit wants you to clear your mind, forget the daily stress and dive fully into your yoga practice on your mat. The focus is on strong flows and sun salutations and a special emphasis on core work helps you to redefine your bodies shape.

This Yin/Slow Flow yoga class guarantees a blissful Monday evening. Relax into a soothing sequence that allows you to find your balance, gentle and long hold stretches in the Yin section and ending the session with a twenty minute Sound Bath Experience that will leave you feeling renewed and grounded.

Yoga Zen with Angela is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Grab a mat and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed. Basic yoga sequence, nourishing sun salutations and gentle stretches.
Head downstairs for a coffee/healthy smoothie to Balanced Living Cafe after class.

Sunrise Yoga at 7am by the Eco Lake at Botanic Gardens. Meet birds, lizzards, chickens and if you are lucky the otters during your nourishing hatha/vinyasa yoga practice. Gentle stretches, sun salutations and alignment based teaching for all level yogis.

Gentle yoga let you to dive deeper into your practice. The focus is on alignment and stretches, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. This class will make you stronger: physically and mentally. Start into the day with new gained energy and power.

YIN TO RESTORATIVE YOGA TO SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE WITH ANGELA

Escape from the day to day stress and recharge with Slow Yin Yoga and Gentle Restorative Yoga poses, ending in Deep Relaxation with a twenty minutes Sound Bath Experience to the sound of our beautiful Crystal Singing Bowls.

Just before the weekend dedicate your  morning yoga practice to stretch and relax your body and mind. Finding a meaningful connection from your breath to movement. In this class you will experience:

SATURDAY YOGA FOR EVERYBODY WITH HEATHER/ANGELA

Sweat and Shape it up
Saturday: 08.30-09.45 AM
Eco Lake, Botanic Garden

This yoga class covers everything. Sunsalutations, Gentle Stretches, Muscle Strengthening Exercises, Heart Openers - start into your weekend right. 
Recharge and restore your energy in the cool down session and a blissful savasana at the end of every class.

SATURDAY YOGA FOR EVERYBODY WITH ANGELA/JANE

Saturday: 08.30-09.45 AM
Fort Canning Park, Battle Visitor Center

Get ready to stretch and strengthen your body. 

In this class you will find a broad range of yoga practices, including;

  • Asanas, or yoga poses, for strength and flexibility, with the benefit of our teachers alignment and anatomical training to keep you safe;

  • Pranayama, or breathing practices, to energise, calm, de-stress or relax.

  • Guided meditations to relax, improve focus, reduce anxiety and a host of other benefits.

  • Laughter, our classes are friendly and fun. We have all been know to collapse in giggles on occasion!
