AY Yoga Family Yoga, Singing Bowls Experience & Craft

Both workshops have a Yoga Play/Explore Part and Craft Workshop

9-11 AM Workshop: 

For our younger kids we works on enhancing their creativity and opening possibilities as we let the children dive into a whole new world of imagination using yoga stories and games. Mindful movement working as individuals or paired up with a partner or even in a group, improves the childrens ability to stay focused.

Yoga with positive affirmations develops the child’s confidence and helps to stay calm and centered.

Our Soundbath Exploration with our beautiful crystal singing bowls amazes and calms everybody at the same time. Close your eyes and indulge , as well as we let the kids/ and adults have a try to create the sound themselves.

Quick break with refreshments and snacks

Our craft is a Glitter Mindfulness Jar, choosing their glitter, mixing it and painting the lid. The Mindful Jar can be taken home.

Our younger yogis will be accompanied by a parent or care giver , children from the age of 5 can join by themselves.

1-3 PM Workshop:

45 min Yoga Basic Play with Acro yoga Elements leading into 10 min of relaxation to the Crystal singing bowls Sound Experience.

Quick break with refreshments and snacks

Choosing their own fabric and mixing the filling of our calming Lavender Eyepillows. The eyepillows can be taken home.

Suitable for 6 years and above.
