Mother's Day Special Workshop with the wonderful Heather:
Aimed for Mothers and Daughters aged 10+ with a focus on positive movement habits and building them at a young age (why its important not to stand with pronated feet/slouching etc.)
Playful and mindful movement with focus on alignment and core engagement combined with Breathing techniques for stress relief , relaxation and reducing intra abdominal pressure.
