About the event
Yoga Under The Stars starts at 7pm, doors open from 6.30pm.
Enjoy a strong Power Yoga class 45 min long with Remy from France, that will make you sweat trough this amazing yoga flow and music, and you will feel strong and powerful after his session.
Have a quick break and enjoy our organic and vegan popsicle ice creams with local flavours from Frozt to refresh yourself.
Afterwards we light the candles around the yoga space area and you will connect your mind and body with a Yin Bossa Flow Yoga class, approx.30min. guided by Angela from AY Yoga, originally from Switzerland.
Laura from the US will be our special guest teacher and amaze us with her Uprise Vibrations Exercise before we indulge into the more social part of the evening with a picnic on the lawn(there will be Cheese and Snacks for purcharse) (wine is included in ticket).
